Groups

I recently joined a couple juvenile arthritis groups on Facebook.  People ask great questions, tell moving stories and in general share good information.  I've always known we were very lucky to have Maci respond to treatment quickly.  These Facebook groups are a reminder for me every day now.

At any moment, our luck could change and we could be one of those on this site discussing casting joints, surgeries, vision issues, handicap stickers and wheel chairs.  The other members of this group face these challenges every day and it breaks my heart.  Little people should not be this type of pain!

For now, we will count our blessings and continue to keep a close eye on Maci.  We will also do our best to spread awareness and raise money for research.  Every penny helps!
