Not sure where the last week and a half went! The girls are still trying to figure out what to play with next and Kenna really wants Christmas to be tomorrow. The girl cracks me up and I love to just sit and talk with her. Well, except in the mornings...we really struggle with her in the mornings. Suddenly she only wants to wear 'soft pants' which is fine but occasionally she has to wear jeans as we only have so many pairs of 'soft pants'. At least once a week she wants to wear a princess dress and almost daily she wants to wear a tutu over her pants. We allow this to happen about 50% of the time.
Maci continues to learn more tricks and randomly surprises us with a new word. Just this week the head of the daycare was in her room and she said hi to Maci. Maci pointed at herself and said 'I cute'. No doubt my children are very confident. We still have issues with Maci trying to reprimand her sister by pointing at her and saying 'NO NO' whenever she seems to feel it is appropriate. I have to admit it is pretty darn funny.
Ryan and I have gotten a little more serious regarding the building of our new house. We have a plan narrowed down and are meeting with an architect tomorrow night. On Friday we have a real estate agent coming over and are hoping for a positive report! Keep your fingers crossed!
