We are holding our first open house today. I'm sure we will scramble this morning to get every little thing in it's place. It's only been a week and I'm already sick of making sure the house looks presentable before going to work each day. I guess it is all worth it if our house sells for a decent price...and relatively quickly. I have a couple big trips planned in late May/early June so with our luck, we'll get an offer around then.
I'm hoping we get some decent feedback today. You never know, we might just get an offer! It only takes one buyer! If that does happen, watch for panic to set in since we have no definite house plan and no builder! :)
