Wee Ball

Kenna has done tumbling for quite awhile and absolutely loves it.  We decided to go one step further and sign her up for Wee Ball.  Wee Ball consists of two coffee cans stacked on top of one another, an oversized plastic bat and a 12 inch sized bouncy ball.  The 8 or so 3 and 4 year olds take turns hitting and running around the bases (each base is manned by an adult to help them find their way around).  When it is their turn in the field, they all line up by the coach near the pitcher's mound and take turns retrieving the ball.  It's cute but thankfully the 'games' only last 30 minutes.  They have had two games so far....and each time Kenna has cried during the game. Sigh.
