I'm not sure what happened between yesterday and today but Maci is now fully mobile. Yesterday she was kind of just putzing around...not really crawling. Today when I picked her up the girls commented that she was all over the place. I didn't really understand what they meant until Maci popped up on all fours and crawled (fairly slowly) to one of her toys. Ryan and Kenna came over to check it out and soon we were all cheering for Maci. She was pretty excited by the clapping and carrying on. Kenna thought it was fantastic too and told Maci "Ohhhh....MACI MOO MOO! You get a treat now!"
And so it begins...time to get out the baby gate. While we are all very happy about Maci's latest milestone, it's somewhat bittersweet.
