Today marks the end of my 8 week sabbatical from work. Maci and I have enjoyed our time together and I am sad it has to come to an end. I'm sure I'll have a tough time leaving her but it's comforting to know who will be taking care of her. Kenna was a baby room favorite and I have no doubt Maci will be too. Monday morning should be a challenge in more ways than one!
I don't remember Kenna being this interactive at 8 weeks. Maci is very observant and she loves to flash her big smile and little dimple. She is really laid back. I have no clue how much she weighs but she is still eating well and sleeping like a champ!
Tumbling Tots ended last night. I'm now looking for something else to keep Kenna active...especially during the winter months. I know they are always on the go at daycare but I think something extra would be good for her.
On another side note regarding Kenna...she seems to have regressed a little bit in the potty training department. Nothing major just a few more accidents than I'd like to see. The girls at daycare usually take the blame saying they cannot get her to the potty fast enough. She does excellent at home but we are also constantly asking her if she has to go and reminding her. Oh well...we are still happy with how she is doing.
